structured project «OperationsNext» was our response to continuously rising demands and the deployment of modern (digital) tools. The targeted changes were extensive and transformative. Thanks to the thoughtful preparations and personal guidance of Stefan Dähler, we succeeded in involving virtually all employees in our customer service and processing organization.
